We set up, configure and manage Tradify for our clients who immediately benefit from an online job management system that contains their business data – staff costs/ billing rates, raw materials price lists / markups, customers, suppliers, quotes, jobs, documentation, time/cost per job, invoices and productivity reports. We use this to progress each job from quote through to customer invoice and provide you with regular reports.

Invoices - Statements - Reminders - Reports
We issue accurate invoices fast – stating correct customer PO numbers and providing any relevant documentation. We issue all customers with receipts and regular statements. We’ll also send them reminders when invoices are due for payment, and we’ll follow up with them when an invoice goes overdue. At any stage you’ll have access to up-to-date open invoices and ageing reports.
Staff to manage, time to track, wages to pay?
Easy. We use the latest tech to schedule staff, manage time-sheets, costs & payroll.
Schedule your workers to specific jobs. Time-sheets are entered via mobile phone and actual labour costs are calculated and assigned to the job. View weekly time-sheet reports for payroll. Much easier than using spreadsheets or calculating manually.
Always searching for paperwork & documentation?
Not any more. Tech drawings, safety certs, method statements & signed dockets are all stored in a safe secure location. Easy to find with an invoice number, a job number or a quote number.
Spending too much time on VAT, RCT & managing expenses?
We’ll quickly organise your accounts & keep them organised. All income & expenses are maintained in Xero which means that VAT, RCT and expense reports are available at the touch of a button.
